What data do we process and why?

With each request we store the consent text you accepted and the date and time, as proof.
On what legal basis?
- Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR), to prepare the quote you ask for.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for internal statistics without contact details and to protect the forms against abuse.
How long do we keep the data?

Who else can see my data?
We do not pass your data to other installers or third parties for their own use. To run the website we use providers that process data on Climai Group's behalf (processors), under contract and only for that purpose:

What are my rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the email address above with a copy of an identity document.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
How do we protect the data?
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole website.
- Restricted database access: the forms write from the server and requests cannot be read from the public website.
- Bot protection and submission limits on the forms.
- Access to requests only for the Climai Group staff who handle them.
