Which cookies are set only if you accept them?
Google Analytics 4 measurement cookies, through Google Tag Manager. They show which pages are visited and which quote or calculator steps are completed, without contact details.

Until you accept, no Google script is loaded and no event is sent. If you later withdraw permission, measurement stops and these cookies are deleted.
